term limits does not prevent dictatorships as the dictator planned banning democracy in their first term and institute punishment for speaking against them!

It isn't just for hard dictatorships but just someone getting a little too much power. A dictatorship would never last in America after what Browder did. But someone could gain a lot of power. But no one could ever get rid of democracy, not without ticking off every single citizen including the military

You completely missed the point. Term limits do not stop dictatorship and never have in their history. And...who is this...Putin you speak of? Regardless, term limits are a simple solution to a complex issue that requires a comprehensive approach.

I know it isn't the end all be all solution but it helps. Also, it doesn't eliminate dictatorships, but it weakens the president's position a little and makes him more equal to the Congress. And I hope you are kidding about Putin ya know, old man, leads Russia, should never take his shirt off.

i already hate the damn bastard for killing off Trotsky with a friggen ice pick (why an icepick, why not poison or something quick! Better yet, why did he have to kill him at all )
