Do morals stop at the border?
I like that point, but I'm sure you understand that different nations support different cultures that emphasize or deemphasize particular moral values. There's no line that can be drawn, but there's definitely a gradation that can be shown on a map. Iran and Canada are pretty different. And what about a place like North Korea? People living near borders aren't all that influenced by their neighbors across the border, are they? So wouldn't the culture (and thus the morals) abruptly change at the border?
