The city of Trondheim was the first city in the Viking empire, the city was growing fast and the empire needed more land, espaciliy in Scandinavia and East, but also the islands of Iceland and Greenland.
The army was grown up to 200 bad trained mens, but they was blood thirsty and ready to fight for the empire, and grow it size.
the navy considred of 10 so called rafts, the navy was emporer Heines pride and he hoped it would bring his nation much glory.
He also ordred an new academy to be built, called the Viking academy for learning and fighting, cuz of the cost of the academy was high for the students this brought much money into the viking treasure.
Effect: +1 in military training, +1 in education, +1 in economy.
Orders:
Expand north with 50 men and south with 50 men.
Send 100 men on navy to Denmark.
Increase army with 100 men
Begin Academy for Learning and Fighting.
