I need help for the epic saga of mine...
I can make maps, cities, improvements, techonologies, wonders, economies, public works, etc
but I cannot:
make military units
or graphics
I just dont get that part of the game...

so, if someone wants to help me out with that part of the game, then I'd be very greatful.

so far, what I have is this:
the real story:
1770-1772 war in poland
1775-1780 war in thirteen colonies
1792-1830 war in europe
1860-1867 war in the USA*
1871-1875 war in europe*
1914-1916 war in europe*
1949-1952 war in europe*
1960-1962 war in europe
branches:
1871-1880 war in europe*
*=means I think I can convert it to a civ scenario

You seem to have a very long list of projects. Why don't you just use units from the collections stored in the downloads section.

Also try Eyn's site and the icon library (addresses available from the links section)

My lord you are an ambitious one. Are you doing each of those together or separately?

Anyway, I'm curious about all those wars in Europe... which ones are you referring to, besides the obvious one (1914-16.... or 1914-1917... or 1914-1919, depending on ones preferences) ?

Nope, Korea was 1950 -1953. I think the last two war in Europe ones are fictional.

You know that war between 1949-1952. The Russo-Polish war, when Polish machine gunners assassinated Hitler in the Kremlin and launched the first nuclear warhead to the moon in 1996. Uzz Baldrin landed on the moon to singlehandedly overthrow the Shah of Iran.

sorry for taking so long to respond nearley forgot about this thread.

all the wars are alternate history. WW2 takes place, now, between 1949 and 1952. but because ther was no WW1, its simally called the Great War. in it, the mighty Ottoman Empire, takes on its only rival for real power on the face of the Planet... France. the Ottomans are driven back from Paris at the last moment, and 3 nations join the attack:
France
Dete'n Corp, which had purchased Germany a few years earlier
and
The Second Roman Empire. consisting of Italy and Spain

they form a federation, and force the Ottomans into a peace treaty favorable to all sides..

these would be different scenarios


the problem I have is this:
I cant make units. I dont know how to make them make the proper sounds *though I have article after article on it...* I cant balance militaries, since I suck at military in Civ II. so I need someone to make the units, place them, etc. I'll do all the rest, and send a template for the military. in exchange, we will share the credit 50-50.
