The Phoenicians are already in, so obviously, yes. Hittites are a popular request, and were already in a past civ game, so also obviously a valid consideration.
Minoans are pretty unlikely though. We don't know for sure of any non-mythical leader, we know next to nothing of their language (we don't even know if they had one or multiple ones!), etc. We only have very sparse Egyptians mention of them beside Archaeology, and that's not good enough for a civilization.
The Myceneans might be a technical possibility, because their language is Ancient Greek, and we have actually deciphered their script, and also because we actually have preserved records of interactions between them and the Hittites, including leader names that we can probably match with Greek stories of leaders from the heroic ages. But then again, they're also pretty much...the Ancient Era Greeks. And if we could, I don't know, avoid having *four separate Greek civs* (Greece, Macedon, Byzantium, hypothetical Mycenae), and five separate Greek leaders (Pericles, Gorgo, Alex, Basil and whoever would led Mycenae) that might be not so horrible.
