As for its usefulness for the Normans, I agree with Ares (as I often do!). Since I was trying to create a "flavor" I'd think it was suitable for Goths as well. I agree that a hill-fort style could easily be made from this for the Celts.
Thanks for your response. In the set of buildings where your Viking cities appear, 1=dawn of time-late bronze age, 2=iron age-end of Roman Empire, 3=dark ages/Viking age and 4=Norman conquest of Britain-mid-Medieval. Is this suitable for the Norse?

Furthermore, I've taken it that I'd be better ascribing the Normans and Goths to the generic Anno Domini European set instead - is that correct?
