What's new in this version?:
This is an XML editor for Civ4 that is extremely easy to use. It should cut the amount of time you spend editing XML files dramatically. It sorts the data from the xml file and makes it easier to read. You just have to click on a given element to bring up a dialog box that allows you to edit it.

New things for v109:

New edit options: Add, Clone, and Delete.

Added "Show Edit Help" option - when it's active the various edit options are displayed for each element.

Added option for larger text box when editing text.
Larger box shows up automatically for large text edits, or user can activate it when using the normal text edit box.

Added some code to handle different file encoding.
If the original file has an encoding statement, the editor now saves the file using that encoding.
If that doesn't work then it tries to save the file in "UTF-8" format.
If that doesn't work then it tries to save it with no encoding.
It's pretty much invisable to the user - you just get an error message if all three fail.
