I've been thinking about enhancing the Trade Opportunities tab and I propose the following: Add to a Civilization's hover text (see image) the summary of its current deals with you and the time to expire. Info could be like "1 gem (in)/ 1 gold (out) (number of turns to expire)" with icons indicating the luxury been received and the luxury been sent out.
