Antiquity Sites/Exploration question

Are Antiquity Sites made? I mean it like if I discover a Ancient Ruin or taking a Barbarian encampment after unlocking Archeology and/or fully completing the Exploration policy, letting me see all the sites. Would that turn into a Antiquity Site later on? If yes, how so?

I've discovered a bunch of Antiquity Sites, I just want to know if there will be more due to me finding an Ancient Ruin or taking a Barbarian camp.

No, ruins that still remain undiscovered still remain as ruins after getting archaeology. Antiquity Sites are randomly generated across the map, even though they contain some stories that might suggest that they could be made between ancient and medieval era. Exploration just enables you see the Hidden Sites. Finding an ancient ruin or barbarian camp won't produce more sites.
