Any Plans on Adding Vassels?

Any Plans on adding the vassels code from warlords? With a few tweaks of course. For example some of the issues being raised about vasslization bringing you into a war with a friendly nation without the option to make a cease fire first, etc.

Client States (vassalage) was the way that Rome managed to pick up many of it's territories. I think that this is a very important thing to add to TAM.
