Franks and Goths merge as the Franks begin to outnumber their former allies. The leader of the Franks has been proclaimed King of the Goths.
In another great merging the Sycthians and Mongols have joined into one tribe. They have begun an advance onto the Persian border, and boths sides predict a great battle.
Recent startling slavery reforms in the Persian Empire have had a great effect on the local lords as murmurs of unrest and rebellion begin amongst the upper classes. However, newly freed slaves have prevented anything from yet becoming more than rumors.
The Romans have continued to expand their rail network by connecting to the northern city of Alesia. Their economy has boosted as a result of this.
The Franko-Goths have retreated out of the Roman Empire and have sent emisaries for peace.
Egypt develops steam ships! These new galleys have steamed north to Athens to meet the Romans in battle. In thier first test run, the new galleys along with 20 of the old version egaged the Roman Mediteranean fleet in the great battle of Athens. Thanks to the great advantage of speed and the use of one of the Egyptian pollipolases, the battle became quickly an Egyptian victory, leaving most of the Roman fleet smoking ruins. Thanks to this victory the Egyptians have managed to take the cut off Romans in Sparta, and the city has fallen.

The Banished have officially become soldiers of the Roman Empire. Their first action was to land in Denmark and enter into battle with the entire Franke-Gothic army. Eventually the sheer numbers of the Goths and Franks overwhelmed them. The Banished, to a man were wiped out.
Banished: Destroyed
Franko-Goths: 10,500 Warriors, 800 Archers, 2,000 Horsemen
The Numidians have settled down and have founded their capital city of Tunis along the coast. With new Iron Working technology they have potential to become a true civilized nation.
Peace between Rome and Persia! The Romans have ceded turkey and the Persians are the new leaders of Antioch. -1 gpt for the Romans and +1 gpt for Persians.
Battle of Londimonium. With the new Advanced Swordsmen technology the Celts have swarmed over and overwhelmed the Roman legions with their newly trained and organized Celtic Warriors. The city fell after a great battle, and some Roman ships were sunk in port.
