Malaysia votes nay to the expellation of the CU. In our opinion, they have offered to return the designs, the only thing which Malaysia has requested from this fiasco.
To the Commonwealth Union, the MPP cannot be activated until CU territories are actually invaded. Like the Australian Ambassador has mentioned, the Mutual Protection Pact is only defensive in nature, as worded in the charter.

RSA never wished to go to war over this, we offered him a deal and told him we would like to negotiate if he did not like it, instead he just declares war on us, we will be doing no invading thoug if any ships or planes get within RSA reach we will destroy them.
and if this great alliance allows non-asian members then RSA would like to know if we may join it, we might abolish aparheid if we could.

The principle lies in the fact that they had returned what they stole.

Okay, USSR needs an update. Is the USSR a member or not, and is there anything I am commited to doing if I am.

Yes, the CU said that it considered itself at war with the SAR (though not a declaration), but only after they and the US said they would go to war against us. What we meant by every means is that we would DEFEND ourselves.
And please note Japan, that we didn't terminate the trade route, only our sales of oil to Japan. (it gave both of us a +1 to economy)

The CU proposes a very simple resolution: The nations of SEATO will protect the CU with armed forces if the CU is attacked by another state it hasn't taken military action against.
The CU prime minister Jonathan Drew personally apologizes for the direction he's been leading the CU lately. If the SEATO nations promise to protect CU from outside aggressions we'll be timid and nice like the rest of you (eyes the occupied states you guys went on more discreetly about and shuts up). I belive that despite the CU's faults in the recent... scandals and intrigues, it would be to the ultimate detriment if SEATO refuses to protect a member which has no intention of attacking the SAR. The declaration of war was meant to express that we would defend ourself with every legal means if we were attacked. We did do espionage, but we have offered to not sell these designs and we have had absoloutely no intent of starting a war, that would be unwise... it's just a while ago other nations declared they would go to war if the CU didn't this and that and... well.
