Apple Cider Vinegar (from Very Many Questions ΛΓ)

I’m overweight but my levels are all fine so it’s more just a general thing to see if I’d lose weight without doing anything out of the normal. Also it supposedly combats acid reflux which I get but control basically by not drinking too often and I can’t ever drink wine or coffee.

I know pickles and fermented foods are supposed to be really good for your digestive tract but I never thought of vinegar as having the same properties.

What kind of apple cider vinegar do you need to take though? Most supermarket kinds are really clear looking compared to like organic unfiltered stuff. I don’t know where the healing properties lie.

My friend has reflux and he uses ACV. I have reflux and it burned me, but thats probably because I already have a damaged esophagus or something. Dont drink it straight, dilute it with water or it can erode your teeth. Bragg's organic unfiltered is a popular brand.

Local honey is much recommended to combat pollen allergies. You can combine this with apple cider or wine vinegar. Dissolve a tablespoon (15 ml) of honey in warm water. Add an ounce (pony or 30 ml) to 1.5 ounces (shot or 45 ml). Add ice and water to taste. It is a lemonade-like beverage.

In the field, Roman Generals always drank watered vinegar instead of wine.

I drank a shot of it last two days. I tried full strength but it was too strong and I almost barfed. Like worse than shooting liquor. Mixed with a glass of water was fine. I like the taste actually. I like sour things. Didn't make me feel any different of course. Idk if I'll keep doing it or not.
