Archeology Bug?

Hello fellow CivFanatics.
I was wondering if this bug had happened to anyone else? If there was a fix for it or something...

As you can see in the inserted image, one of my Archaeologists dig up something, but it is not in the list? I cannot continue my game, as the "Next Turn" button has been replaced by "Choose Archaeology".

I'm having that bug problem and also can't get past it. There's no way past the Choose Archaeology option. End of game

Do either of you happen to have a save game for this?
