On coastal cities the Sentry function does not work when naval units pass by an artillery that is on Sentry in my city, only seems to work on ground units.
Artillery on Sentry does not see Naval Units

What exactly is Sentry?

Sentry is when you assign a unit to be on watch for a passing enemy, the unit on sentry will be activated when enemy passes by that unit.

I've noticed this many times too. I like to leave fortified foot units and sentry the artillery, but time and time again the artillery doesnt wake up so I know to shell the enemy ships
