Should I try my hand at 2. c4 e5?! (Albin Countergambit)?

Yeah, I always bombard my opponent with 20-30 questions myself to try to distract him from the task at hand.

j/k, anyway, that gambit isn't something I personally would be at all comfortable with but it's up to you, just a matter of taste really.

I'm incorporating it into my repertoire, I don't have much to play with against 1.d4 at the moment. I wouldn't consider playing it against anyone above 2000, though.

I played the... shoot I even forgot the name now... anyway 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 e5!? for awhile but I got beaten up with it enough times to give it up pretty much for good. Then again, that type of opening isn't really my style.

I just captured a bishop with a pawn in my game against alicorn. I may lose the pawn to his queen however. IMHO this game still could go either way, but I'll try to win it for a 2-0 record against him, and two wins for our team in the First Blood! Team Game.

Nice to see that the team is doing so well against the Animal Lovers, since I just sacrificed a knight in a fashion that might work in lightning chess.

My opponent in my CFfF match opened with the Queen's Pawn game. I think I know this one, as dad played it often enough. I could usually beat him as well when he played it.

Not really, because I will have a 5-3 record if I do win the rest of my games, which won't be enough to advance. I think Lone Wolf could and will win this tournament.

In other news: Chess.com refuses to work with Opera, so I have to surf the site using Firefox. I do not like sites that force you not to use your favorite browser!
