Attack of the Cookies

I don't know if this is a problem with Civfanatics of possibly a delayed mail problem with Hotmail, thought I'd see if anyone else had this happen.

I opened up my inbox this morning to over 50 notifications from Civfanatics, but most of them were threads from December.

Could this have happened because I cleaned out my cookie cache last night?

Sultan, this has already been noted by a few people. See this thread. I'm guessing it's tied to the server down-time we just experienced.
