That's what I wanted ... not the mannequin thing but that the face would stand-out.

That gives character to the image ... I did not want to overdo it.

I tried putting a beard too and it did not look good.

If anyone wants to try their hand at Christmasing this little guy, I'd be most interested. I'm no good with avatars

I've no real requests, though I'm thinking along the lines of a standard Santa suit and hat. I'm not one to curb imagination though

Kan, if I do say so myself, this avatar blended best with the Christmas hat

And not to brag, but Trajan, I think I did a pretty darn good job of combining the gradient tool and "add noise" filters (although they could really be better. If you use one of the ones on the left, I can make the 'line' more blurry)
