png is smaller than gif and it supports alpha channel transparency
 
I don't know. A long time ago I tried using a .png here and it didn't allow me to so I assumed it's still that way... :crazyeye:
 
Well, a little off-topic but I guess that guys in here can make this happen:

Can someone please make the background transparency? It also needs to be less than 24 kb, so if the transparency thing doesn't work out it'd just reduce the kb size please.
