btw, here's a helpful tool for us regular designers of avatars here, I have included a chart that shows all background colors used on CFC these can be useful when dealing with transparency

TG=Turnip gree
CFC= Ancient and Modern CFC
DB= Dark blue
PW= Pale white
Mac= Mac OSX

Did you tried opening the video with windows movie maker?

you play and pause then you use print screen or some function of print screen that program has (Dont know if has or not)
