Strange, this fell of the list between page 1 and 2.. same thing happened in one of Lees games..
Inherited: Ok, I hate being under monarchy. I wonder if we can at least switch to republic, since it was the war with the greeks that forced us into monarchy. All cities producing one shield are switched from wealth to courthouses. Hmmmm, an MPP with rome for 6 more turns rules out peace fo now.
Babylon uses cruise missles and an iron clad to sink one of our battleships.
1) 1932 We have completed the SETI Program and the Military Academy. Berlin captured. Eridu captured. Frankfurt captured. New Berlin captured. Umma captured. Bremen captured. Much pollution is cleaned up.

2) 1934 continued A lack of airports is definately noticed as mass airlifting of tanks to the babylonian main continent is begun.
3) 1936 Lagash captured.
I have a minor crisis here at home, won't be able to play anymore tonight. When you attack Ninevah, make sure that you attack with the tanks to the sw of the city, the ones on the east side would attack it accross a river.

Umm... where are all our troops? OK, figured it out. We're at war with Babylon, the Roman convoy rummaging in our territory is actually on OUR side. I hit the space bar...
Not much considering how many troops are about. One babylonian battleship sinks one of our transports.
(1) 1938AD
We take Ninevah from the Babylonians, from the South West as Shadwlord had mentioned. We also get Adam Smith's. And 17(!) resistors. Now making 254 gold per turn. Woohoo!
Rushing temples wherever I can.
Khorsabad is captured.
Simplify things by fortifying a lot of units. It seems to take forever for the "Enter or spacebar" prompt to appear.
Nimrud is captured by the Babylonians. Too much going on here for me to remember to fortify it.
10 resistors quelled in Ninevah.
(2) 1940AD
Moving troops into position.
Borders expand all over the place
(3) 1942AD
Ellipi is captured.
Nimrud is recaptured. The island is disinfected of all Babylonian scumbags.
Tell Wilaya is captured.
Gloucester is captured.
Might as well go for England now, I move the remaining tanks next to Kansas City, attack and capture it.
Move tanks up to another English city, pithorn I think (can't read it 'cause there's cavalry blocking the name). I attack a cavalry and get a Great Leader. He forms an army of two tanks and a mech infantry.
Turns out our city is called Pithom (never heard of it - and I was born and raised in England). And it's now Aztec
Manchester captured.
English capture Troy.
We get Nuclear Power. Space Flight next.
Loads more border expansions.
(4) 1944AD
Troy is recaptured from the English.
Every last unit in the English stack-o-doom sent to our lands is destroyed.
Samarra captured.
Newcastle captured.
Science dropped to 10% to max out temple rushing.
I hit the space bar and...
