Babylon Op Thoughts?

After reading some threads, Babylon seems a bit too overpowering?
Just sit back and turtle yourself to when you've gained enough tech ahead of another player.

Science Spaming
-You can grab ANY tech with them that you have available to research.
-Ingenuity (Receive free Great Scientist when you research Writing. Earn Great Scientists at double the usual rate.)

Turtle power of

-Walls of Babylon
-Babylon Bowmen

= Too overwhelming, does anyone agree or have had this feeling in game? any thoughts?

Its a good thing I got that expanded version wirh assirians then

Well the wall and Bowmen make them a tough nut to crack in early game for sure, but other civs have their own era where they own, like Rome in classic or Ottomans in Renaissauce. So I that respect I don't think that is OP you just have to know not go mess with them Ingush era or at your own risk.

As for the UA I don't know yet, but it's definatly a good one
