Look on my account page, I have a file similar or what you need

Create a Restore point today and run Redtore to restore your device to anytime prior to this update. I'd then make a copy of all of the Civ folders and paste them again adding pbem before or after that copied folders name. This step will help you preserve the files if it gets auto updated again.

This file will let you run 2 different versions of the game
 
I cant open the save it, there come some fast error message then it crashes. Gpcii, can you try to replay your turn and send new save?

You're on steam yes? That's because of the new steam update... check eclipses prior posts. If you create a copy of the files before the update you can continue as before
 
Hello everyone, I have sent a message to Civtilidy, if I don't hear from him before I fix this steam problem, I will take his turn to get this game back moving. I apologize for the delay hopefully we can get this game moving again soon.
 
He hasn't played his turn in a game we have going between us 2 on the sideline either, and he is normally fairly prompt and eager to play on. I would assume that he has some real life issues preventing him from playing rather than steam issues. I think if it was just that he would have posted here again... Hope he is ok.
 
Knock yourself out, we replayed. Do you even remember what was going on? Besides the game clock at over 3 days is depressing. Would be nice to have it back down again :p

No, what I meant was he had asked my to replay and re upload to PBEM Tracker. I did not do so because I thought that the problem was with Steam and not the tracker. So, what I am asking is, should I try replaying and re-uploading and see if that helps.
 
I am introducing myself as host's new partner. Same name on tracker.
 
Ah as you aren't on the tracker yet tigranes I guess someone should let you know it's your turn! Game's called back to back, you should pick it up through tracker that way until there is a chance to change the tracker
 
We just need to tell methinkso to replace me.

So Eclipse will be away for a while, should we find a temp for him, or do we let his teammate play all of his turns while he is away? Either way, Michkov if you could take his current turn so we can get this game moving again, I'd really appreciate it :)
