Ireland, isn't broken up in the map we're using, and we don't have an Ireland player, so he gets the island, grand scheme, once the world is parceled out it won't matter.
How about we play it like this.
If you wish to be a commonwealth nation, you can be a puppet of Lord, or get Independance. I do not want mulitple countries under one moniker, herc, if you want australia, and Lord has no problem granting you Independance, you get a country, otherwise you get no miliatry, it's UK military, and no economy, it's UK's economy and so on. Or choose someone not in anyone's current control. Or throw a coup, that's always way more interesting and fun. example of this is already formed with KINDA germany because hes not calling the shots yet, and Japan under USA control.

There is no recruiting process at this point. if you want to join, post a country sheet like you did. and welcome. anywhere there is white, or in commonwealth process obviously different, you can put a country.
