Baldur's Gate series is one of my most favourite series, the top one being Planescape Torment, but as far as BG goes, it's high up on my list. I absolutely can't wait for this, because Trent Oster hinted if this and the enhanced second edition sell well, they will begin work on the third. Which would just immense.
To make this thread have more, who was ya favourite character of the original series and why?
For me it was Garret, Xzar and Imoen -- as too why, well Garret because of how he talks while dying, and trying to escape, Xzar because his dialogue and exchanges are hilarious in the mods, and Imoen well because she's just so cute --- yes I do know spoilers for number, but despite that, way she acts is extremely cute.
For second one Nalia and Yoshimo. As to why for them, Nalia because her story arc and dialogue is interesting to me and Yoshimo well not played enough to answer, but I like how he seems to be modelled on the idea of a samurai -- note played more Baldur's Gate 1 than number 2.
P.S I checked for previous threads on the actual update of the game, but it was only mentioning the announcement.
