Well, so far it doesn't seem too likely there would be such a quest, but if it did activate I would imagine that at the very least they would allow Acheron to have the Immortal promotion granted to him when the quest starts so that you have a second attempt if he dies on the first try.

then abashi with inquisitors ... 50%
then Erabatres ... 50%

total : 25% that you can complete the quest... less so if shaim or kuriorates are not in your world.. even less so if another civ killed abashi without using inquisitors...

EDIT : what happens if an inky kills an immortal ... do the inky convert 1 and then 1 appears in the capitol ? or does convert make the unit "not-die" ... thus it just transfers to the inky ?

You would need to be CotD civ, Kuriotates or Sheaim to do that quest if such comes. I think that if there ever is such the dragons should be either captured or left 1 hp when won. Or if somehow the Cult would be able to convert/resurrect dragons to their cause.

Could always make dragons have a 100% chance to capture other dragons.

Then you just have to defend Acheron long enough to get a dragon of your own

Actually, Dragons already do have a 100% chance of capturing other dragons, not by defeating them by by using "Roar." This will convert any units with the CotD religious attribute, which Abashi and Eurabatres have (it is needed in order to make their Evangelist mechanic work, not that the mechanic is working now anyway) but Acheron does not.

considering the late appearance of either Inquisitors or other dragons, it's luck that they'd even last that long...
