The fact that they used somewhat less known wonders this time makes me think those civilizations (Kilwa, Canada) are more likely. I had never heard of Kilwa Kisiwani before last week ... I would like to see the Mayas and Byzantines come back, but since there are only 8 spots in this expansion, the devs (and us) had to make some hard choices.
my guesses are:
korea-seondeok (confirmed)
netherlands-wilhelmina (pseudo-confirmed)
mongolia-gengis khan, i don't think the leader will change
georgia-tamar firaxis does like to add memes in the game... just look at gandhi
american civ could be the maya, the iroquois, the inca, or canada based o city loyalty and other new features
african civ could be a new one like kilwa or mali due to popular demand but i guess this expansion is already filled with big civs that will make us buy it immediately, so i think they'll hold the remaining big civs for the next expansion(s)
the last two i honestly have no idea, i guess one civ would have the two leaders (imo they'll hold alternate leaders just for civs with different capitals for now, maybe moving on they'll add other alternate leaders to the base game civs) my guess is italy that could have a bonus for city loyalty and culture production, or maybe great people generation in golden ages. the two leaders that make more sense to me are lorenzo de medici in florence and enrico dandolo in venice, though i could be completely wrong.
my last guess would be the ottomans that have a great chance to represent the millet aspect of their empire having no loyalty penalty on conquered cities and cities that don't follow the same religion.
let's just se how utterly wrong i'll be
If they made Genghis Khan leader of the Mongols, then they could rename the Genghis Khan Great General to Subutai, who was his finest military commander.

I will give this a try, based on what other people predicted, own intuition, and the intro teaser.
Mongolia - Great Khan Genghis Khan
Netherlands - Queen Wilhelmina
Korea - Queen Seondeok
Ottomans - Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror
Mali - Prince Sundjata Keita
Kilwa - Sultan Ali ibn al-Hassan Shirazi
Inca - Sapa Inca Huayna Capac
Canada - Prime Minister Lester B Pearson
I know, and someone should make a thread with that tweet, since i've to read way too many times people speculating about a new civ getting two leaders (and it's getting to the point that it is annoying), so it should have more awareness.

I wonder who the Civ to be revealed next week is? I'm betting on a familiar one (one that we've seen before in Civ). It could or could not be European.

I actually think it‘s time for a surprise... we had two civs that most people guessed and expected anyway (although with different leaders). If we get two newcomers, next week would be a good timing for the first.
