While testing a new graph plugin (that is actively maintained unlike the old one), I noticed that I had updated Persia -> Achaemenid Persia in the recommended choices only for Xerxes, so that's fixed now.
Also, it hadn't really occured to me how Prussia is really unlocked only by Rome and Leaders. The second image is the current state with the new plugin, by the way. Still a lot of tweaking to do, especially spacing those nodes and requesting some missing features (like being able to configure what the tooltips display).
