Sorry, I don't have any to contribute. But, what I was wondering is how everyone got those hugh maps saved. My screen only encompasses 1/4 of the area of the screens that I see people posting here. Why is my map so small? How do I zoom in and out. I realize this is probably a newbie question.

Although I have seen instances of people joining multiple screenshots together, most are probably down to them using a different resolution for the game.
To use the same screen resolution for your game as you do when using other applications, insert the line "keepres=1" into your Conquests/Civ 3 config settings file held within the program files.
(Then again maybe they just used the z toggle to zoom in/out of the game.)

The "Z" key allows you to zoom in/out. There are only two settings. In, and Out. The Z key toggles between the two.
