I too like Birds of Prey. The Nest would make a better Capital name though IMO.

As far as the Nest goes, I think changing it a bit is good, therefore I like Aerie for the Capital.

    Birds of Prey
    Captain John Smith
    Lieutenant Morris Schaffer
    Philadelphia

These are all good. I also like the mascot/logo Eclipse has posted.

Also, don't forget that, since we are the Byzantines, these are double-headed Eagles.

Ok, there was a long pause at CIFO about problems starting the game. Mainly it hinged on our team giving Friepa our Tribe info (which I did almost 24 hours ago, I believe). Since I PM'd Friepa with the info, CIFO people are now talking about a second choice in their forums. This means that another team either 1.) wanted to be the Persians, or 2.) wanted to appear as the Persians (like we want to). Regardless, because we held up our info, and they are discussing this point now, at least one team knows we want to be the Persians. AND we know one of the possibilities listed above (1 or 2) exists. What are your thoughts on this?

I thought we were allowed multiple civs, so if two teams are the Persians, or at least appear to be then that should be okay. It isn't surprising that one team picked the Persian, and it doesn't give away that much that we did.

I think I've had enough lies and BS for one game. We've wasted all this time because they were worried about the map being fair, how they needed their people to check it. But now Friepa says "I'll make the map!" and it's done. No one sees the map (that we know of), there are no screenshots (that CIFO demanded). The turn orded is CIFO, CFC, CFC, CIFO - wrong again. Whatever you guys want to do. This is too bizzare for me.

I'm leaning towards possibility 1. I will be shocked if at least one team doesn't pick Persia.

Nonetheless, doesn't bother me if they think we want to be Persia. It may help our ruse.

I think it is very clever to be Psuedo-Persian.

Where did you get that turn order from?

We will get a screenshot of the starting position, as far as I know.

Please do not take over the part that d7 is(was) playing over at CiFo.
