Well, i thought we could post about memes, and since the humor forum features them already in the pics thread, it would be a bit excessive to post the thread there (afterall that forum is not about any sort of discussion, usually ).

I like some of the memes. Other ones are rather not that good in my view. I don't really have a favorite, but the "(wh)Y U NO" has some potential for comedy, without being meant as a trolling template like a number of other ones are.

Also I seem to recall a clever series of images which juxtaposed a picture of a crying Western girl with a dancing African child and added the same caption to each (e.g. 'SCHOOL', 'NOTHING BUT WATER TO DRINK'). Those were pretty funny. Not sure what search terms I should use to find those, though.

Well done! That said, does proclaiming one the best of all time king of the memes count as a ranking? While I did mention my current fav, there is one that will always be best ever... Yes. Ceiling Cat.

Yes, the flying lawn-mower does leave an impression. On the other hand the text tends to be always the same ('dont be upset' or some variation).
