Best Square Game?

I'm with Azale. Not in the fact that Sephiroth is a much better villian than Kuja, but the FFIX is mostly better than FFVII.

woot, but I just gravitate to Kuja's evil more than Sephiroth's.

Tactics story blew me away at some points, it was truly outstanding. It could have been a book

I barely beat the last boss in FF9. Steiner was the last fella alive and I used that Ragnarok sword attack for 9999 damage and a winnar was me.

Yea, he was a pain with that attack that put...every status effect...known to man...on your party.

Apparently the newer square games are no comparison in difficulty to the old ones, but I dont know. FF4 hasnt been THAT hard so far.

So... How many hours on FF4? I began yesterday, and now I have five hours. Its not difficult, yes, but many of my friends claim it is their favorite of the final fantasy series.

Final Fantasy XII is coming out in October for North America. First Final Fantasy to get a perfect score from Famitsu (and only the sixth game ever.)

So we many have another title to add in acouple of months.

Ive played the demo...if Famitsu gave it a 40/40 its good enough for me.


@RameNoodle, I dunno how many hours...Ive gotten more than halfway through the game though, the magnetic cave if that helps.

Yes, I have played the demo for FFXII also, and I must say, it is sweet. My second most anticipated game right now, behind Spore.
