[BETA] Pledge to protect notifications from unmet players

Receiving pledge to protect notifications from Civs I haven't met yet. Then when you do actually meet the Civ you get the notification a second time. I have met the city state when I get the notification.

See below - notification from India when they are still unmet. Attached save is @500BC, this screenshot is @ 470BC in the same game. I didn't meet india until ~65BC.

Tried to post this on the 2k forums, but my replies to my original posts aren't showing up, even after ~ 20 hours.

Edit: forgot to mention save is modded with InfoAddict only.

Just had this bug too (it's not an isolated case)

I have had this as well, unfortunately I do not have a save to post (started 3 new games after), nor do I have a screenshot.

We got it on the original save. Corrected for next build.
