Better Polynesian City Names

Inspired by the 'Better Japanese City Names' mod, I created a mod which fixes the city names for Polynesia. In most cases, where it had the name of an island (eg. Samoa, Tonga, Te Wai Ponamu) I have fixed it so it now has a polynesian city/town from the island (Apia, Nuku'alofa, Kaiapoi respectively). Available in the Mod Browser

Maybe it's time for a "Better City Names" combo mod?
