Beyond Earth wont start on Win10.

First of all, yes I understand that it is just a preview, but all other programs and games seem to work. Just BE(Steam) crashes right after the Mantle selection screen.
Had anyone else encountered a similar problem? If it's just a problem with Windows I'm fine with it. But if not, I will not rest until I've fixed it

Windows 9 is coming soon (I think next year), but MS actually did release its first technical preview of Windows 10 recently anyway.

ICEFISCH, if you have any other machine that's running Windows 7 or 8, you probably want to try there.

The first preview of any new MS OS tends to be unplayable for many games, (their intended audience actually was Firaxis own staff that they assign to test their games in it and not the gaming community as a whole)

You are wrong. Windows 10 will release late 2015. Windows 9 was skipped (many hypothesize that its due to legacy code which identifies windows 9x (98 and 95) systems as "windows 9").

There IS NO windows 9.

Although off-topic, I remember reading that Windows 9 will be the official name for Windows 8.2, i.e. Windows 8 users get Windows 9 free! Yay!

So,
after nearly a month I've finally found the problem. And resolved it, kind of.
As of now the Nvidia drivers are not working for mobile GPUs.
Nvidia is working hard on fixing this issue so it's just a matter of time.
But for the time being all I needed to do was, in the NVidia Control Panel, permanently TURN OFF THE GPU for all programs.
Now I can finally play some BE on my Win10 machine
