BIOS Update?

As my BIOS is 2 years old and I updated chipset drivers, soud drivers and have a recent graphic card (GeForce6600GT) shoul I bothrer updating my BIOS?

I've got an ASUS A7V600-X, and there ARE updated BIOS avaible...

Any hint?

(To BASHERS: I know this is no strictly Civ4 post, but as the's a lot of people who can't play and have nothing better to do than browsing this forum, who knows.. maybe this will get my Civ4 run...)

That is totally up to you. I keep my BIOs updated even on our crummy Optiplexes at work. It is not that hard to do. Just take your time and print out the directions before hand.

I'm just a little bis worried, since it's my first time... and my parentd told nothing to me about...

Bios could be born under cabbages for what I know

becareful when updating bios...if u screw up you can end up with a pretty big paperweight

just don't have any antivirus software or anyother software like it running as a precaution
