The Farow is correct he was elected the HRE. Last update I believe. Subsequent to that he did raise Bavaria to the level of kingdom.

For those keeping track, most of the update is written. I am not entirely happy with parts of it and some of the less active areas need "a little something". My goal is to get it all written and finish the map tonight. I am pretty sure I will post it tomorrow night. I will try to post it early without stats (which I have not started) so players like Abaddon can get some sleep.

OOC: I believe the title of Kingship was quite a delicate one in the HRE at this period. The Prussians after their rise to prominence only gained the title King IN Prussia from the Hapsburgs during I believe the 30 Years War and Kingship wasn't something idly handed out in the German states as it could turn that state into a future rival for the HRE.

Yes, but Alex having a strong Catholic ally in Bavaria in the upcoming religious conflicts within Germany is also useful. Anyway to bribe the states to support you for further elections and wars within the empire. Plus, currently Bavaria is not in a position to be elected Emperor but Bird may need to back me up on that.

Abaddon had long and complicated orders with lots of clearly defined activity. I am not sure I did them justice.
