press "Print Screen" whenever you want to take a screenshot. Then open Paint or a similar program and paste the image (ctrl + v) and save it to file. Then upload the file here.

You could google "Screen shot Utilities" you should be able to get some. Try and find one that is free.

I use a program called Deskscan that I learned about in one of the forums at this site. You can take a full screenshot or an area screenshot by dragging a box over the area you want.
