BNW from disk: key accepted, but no installation

After the acceptance of the product key, nothing happens. BNW doesn't show up anywhere.


On second attempt: "This Steam account already owns the product(s) associated with this activation code. Click Next to proceed to installation."

However, there is no Next button, only Back and Finish.

I have the exact same problem and can't find a solution online

Some details:

* Under properties, Steam lists BNW as retail content that I own
* I have new local files CivilizationV.exe, CivilizationV_DX11.exe, CivilizationV_Tablet.exe, installscript.vdf, Config.ini, a few logs, but nothing else new

Are you by any chance also from Europe?

Steam won't let Europe play BNW until the 12th of July.....

Really, if that is the case, they should at least say it.

When you go to the steam store it will actually say: unlocks July 12th (something like that)
