BNW Release Notes

Does anyone know if the game comes with release notes so that we can see all the changes they made? Normally when software is updated (and this is more of an update than a new game), release notes are included so we can see the changes.

I'm sure there's still a couple of new things that the forums have not seen, or have not been able to figure out, and I would like to learn what has changed.

There is a release notes. Go to .\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v and you'll see the Release Notes pdf files in various languages. Not a manual but stuff you would expect from release notes (requirements, installation, setup, launch, tutorial, etc.).
