-C3C- bombardament ''error''
Here is the situation:Sometimes when i bombard with my cannons/frigates(haven't try other units yet)the game ''sticks''/''blocs''.I mean that after the bombardament by the unit, the game does not continue on the next unit but remains as if i haven't given the order to bombard. The white circle under the unit/cannon remains lightened(as if it still waits it's turn)and no orders are accepted in any other unit nor F1-F2-F3..etc are functioning. The scrolling is messed up.

My P.C:Pentium III - 800 - 256 Ram - Ge Force4 64Mb -
I thought that it may be my computer requirements low but that is most unlikely.

So can enyone help me on this one?

Maybe i am the only! one who have experienced this kind of a problem:( but guys come on i desperately need an opinion on this matter.it is very anoying, cause i can't enjoy the game.I am posting again since i see that 25 of you have visit the thread but no one gave me a responce

Only an opinion, that is what i am asking.
Are my PC requirements ok?
Is there a posibility that the cd rom(52x)drive is the cause?
Direct x9 works properly.
So what could be the problem?

Does this also happen frequently when chopping Forrests? In 2 different severities?

1) No keyboard commands available at all. Sometimes they unit will go inactive after a while (but the effect will occur again with the next successful Bombard/ Promotion/ Chop), sometimes I have to exit - can use the mouse to quit, but not for in-game actions. Pedia etc is available.

2) Less sever: Everything works as normal, except for the active unit not going inactive (but you can select the next unit via mouse/ scrolling), and mouse-pointed movement.
BTW, if that happens in the Mesoamerica Conquest, you can sacrifice the same Worker over and over again, for an indefine amount of culture :D

1st turn OCC Victory! :king:

Solution is always exit/restart Civ

This happens to me like every second session...in C3, PtW and C3C.

Note I also run 'outdated' systems, 700Mhz and 500Mhz P3s, Win 98SE, but different and sufficient graphic cards.

In short: Something common, but no C3C bug.

Edit: How should we post a save? To reproduce it, you'd have to use an older system, and provoke the bug by repeteadly reloading, then chopping lots of Forrest. I can reproduce it willingly on my system, but what for?
