Breaking news!!!

Well, we do those negotiations first, and then adapt accordingly, we got 10 days to make
a final agreement.

Ten days might mean 10 turns if the game is played like it had been before the unfortunatle incident which interrupted it for 19 days. And we cannot afford that long time for negotiations.

Good akots, then we are on the same page. Quick negotiations to see what our chances are, then we need to act out our own survival and attack plan. And yes, I did alter the plan as you gave some valid inputs underway, but I kind of hoped for an alternative plan.
Now it is delayed to turn 30, and we can back out in the last minute if the Embassy and Investigate City moves show forces we cannot beat.

I wholeheartedly agree on having a good relation with CDZ. I might be able to help as I've been there a long time as well, but I don't really log into MSN and chats so I'm sure Matrix and Rik would help more. We're naturally friendly with CDZ and they would probably consider us as well. In the upcoming negotiations we'll need to focus on tech sharing. In the Medieval Ages there are two important tech branches, the University-Astronomy-Banking one and the Military Tradition one. In my PBEM experience there is where games are won so we must agree with CDZ to split the branches in the future (they taking the Military Tradition one most probably). Of course this means we'll have to increase research very much to get to the Medieval Ages in the first time.

That's the plan to follow in the long term be sure to mention it and don't only discuss, 'we pay you cash for some tech you already have'.
