British Invasion/Rock the Kasbah achvmnts broken

I presume the latest patch is the one you've got posted on the bug thread (1.0.2.21) and mine is updated as of 8/11/13.

I made a game to get the following two achievements:

British Invasion Perform a Concert Tour with an English Great Musician in American Territory

Rock the Kasbah Perform a Concert Tour with a Great Musician on a Morrocan Kasbah improvement.

In the attached saved game, I am playing Elizabeth. It is my Great Musician's turn and it's standing next to Washington's capitol. Perform Concert is the unit's 2nd option down. Doing so yields no achievement and in my achievement list it is listed with the other achievements I've not completed. To be sure, I've rebooted computer and duplicated the fail.

About three turn's worth of moves to the east is a Kasbah. Doing the concert on top of it also yields no achievement.

That achievement definitely works. I guess you may have a mod enabled for some reason or were in offline steam mode when you tried these?

There is no save attached btw
I could only check to see if that save needs a mod to be opened, because I do already have these achievements (so I wouldnt see if they are indeed broken in your game, many people though have done them with my savegame (see signature) or by themselves).

Random Question:
Does anyone know why recently my keyboard doesnt do the following symbols:

(both on the same key) - all other things seem to work and these 2 seem to work for some time but then randomly stop appearing after the computer was on for some time until it is restarted?

Didn't notice that the game failed to attach. I got an error message that says I can't attach it since I already attached it in another thread. This one:

As far as mods go, I've never downloaded a mod to my knowledge. Is there a way to check that?

I'm told now that others can get the achievement from my game, so the problem appears to be on my end. I've never knowingly used a mod. Would clicking an online map disable all achievements, even if I never used it? Don't you have to install mods for that to happen to you? How can I reenable achievements? Would reinstalling work?

Somebody suggest I got to mods and disable any I've installed. I tried that, yet I have no mods at all. So, why can't I get this achievement?

Try downloading the file British Rock.Civ5save from FeiLing's Achievement Saves thread (it's in post #3). Also note his tip about Reward Popups in his initial post. Does that help?

Checked my options. Reward popups are not turned off.

Downloaded the save game. Played concert. Still don't have it. Have NO idea why it's not working.

Checked your savegame, doesn't list any mods as required... so... dunno really what's going on for you.
