Yes, that's the current turn, so I think Norwood has to have the turn, unless he has sent it to Ruff, who was eliminated. Michkov should get the turn after Norwood. OP should be updated, Norwood!

For the first time in the history of this game (unarmed) Nuke was acquired from pesky "Coalition". In case you guys wondering -- one can do nothing with unarmed Nuke.
