Heres the upped version for what I got:

I changed the look of Ecos and Capitals
-Capitals = Red and Black Interior
-Eco Centers = Blue Interior

Hows it look eh?

Also, why not use the normal city system--black interior, surrounded by white for capital and red for eco centers?

I wanna change thigs up a bit, I'm still gonna add normal black dot cities, this is all i got for now though. Currently, yes, every city is an eco / capital.
