[BtS] JKP1187's NOT JUST ANOTHER NEXTWAR MOD

@ JKP
Wow. 17 hours or so between when the bug was reported and when a fix was released and uploaded. You are THE man! My citizens thank you for allowing them emancipation again. I am playing it now, no problems.
thanks again

Will this bug fix require starting a brand new game for it to take effect?

I don't think so. I've made python and XML changes, reloaded a save game, and the game proceeded with the changed files without problem in the past.

Wow. That one must've been floating around in the Events mod for several weeks and I didn't notice. Thanks. I'll fix this when I get a moment. Just so you know, the event will still fire and give the proper result (a research bonus), it just won't do it as intended (i.e., keying to the size of the triggering player's fleet.)

Okay, it's fixed! Just unzip this file into:

Mods\JKP1187's NOT JUST ANOTHER NEXTWAR MOD\Assets\Python\EntryPoints

Overwrite the pre-existing CvRandomEventInterface.py.

I will update the big download itself when I get back from work later tonight.

Updated to 1.39.

1.) Includes a few behind-the-scenes changes to some code, and fixed an error or two in the Civilopedia.

Xenomorph: this one's uploaded to FileFront, just for you! :P

I don't believe so. Just a few XML/python changes for events. If you're worried, don't overwrite the 1.37 files until you've tested it.

Just curious, does anyone have any feedback for the latest changes? (Especially with the small overall tweaks to game speeds for tech/build times?)

just finished a game on noble on a large map generated with the perfect map script, finished around 2050 with a cultural victory, I was tech leader (no tech brokering), I just had finished Bionics, I think I could have gotten all Techs, but I had many rounds just generating money or cultur, The KI had none of the new techs, and were 5-6 techs away from the vanilla future tech

KI = AI yes :)

KI is such a widely used acronym in german, we sometimes tend to forget that the rest of the world is actually calling it AI.
