I unfortunately do no have a save for this.
I called up Alexander to see if he wanted to join in on a war against Napoleon. He agrees to do so in 10 turns.
I return to him next turn to check on some trades and noticed the 'declare war option' with Napoleon was still active. I try it again and this time he refuses.
AI did honor the war dec. in 10 turns. But I suspect 2 things might be bugged here
1) AI's true stance may be 'no war'; as I have failed to secure a pact of co-operation and secret pact against Napoleon (many times -- at least 4-5x tries). And he had refuses my advances for a war declaration before (also 4-5x). Except that one turn where he suddenly agreed
2) The alternative is that AI did finally agree but another bug occured which caused the option to be available, but this time with the AI refusing
3) both are bugs. The AI didn't want to declare war, but somehow bugged and did, and the option to ask him to declare war remained.
