BUG and >18 civs - split from 3.19 patch thread

Just a quick question regarding the patch. With 3.17 I had BUG 3.6 installed, and I could start a custom civ game with more than the standard 18 civs. I only played using the planet generator map script that comes with BUG, and moved it to the largest setting.

Unfortunately, I can no longer add more than 18 civs to my huge maps. I don't remember what I had done originally to allow adding more civs. I upgraded to BUG 4.0 and Civ 3.19. If anyone can help me fix this issue I would appreciate it.

This is actually unrelated to BUG. When you patched to 3.19, it installed a new CvGameCoreDLL.dll file to BTS's Assets folder. You must have installed a custom DLL to allow > 18 civs. Search the forums for a >18 civ 3.19 DLL. I'm pretty sure someone has compiled and released one. In fact, I recommend getting the 3.19 Unofficial Patch, and I think someone also made a >18 civ version of that too.

Yes, you'll just lose the functionality provided by the BULL DLL (extra hover and city bar information).
