BUG report: production overflow

From what I understand, the overflow should be less than 10 base hammers, don't know how 141 is possible. Is this a bug?

That is a bug with the Traditional trait when building stuff in your capital. Fixed for 1.20, but thanks for the report! New threads are fine for bug reports when it's not clear what Feedback thread they might belong to btw
