Both cities were builded probably by a Vikings (Sweden).

The scandinavian city names are a bit messy, especially in Finland.

Northen city should be Uleåborg (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oulu)
Southern city should be Åbo (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turku).
And city of Vasa should be in the middle of them(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vaasa).

Further to the Japan issues, the culture goal says 'by 1600' but is being checked 'in 1600' I think - I fell below 6000 upon city conquest and failed the goal when the check came up.

I completed the first UHV for Greece (researched drama, literature and philosophy first), got the Golden Age from 2 UHVs and got the triumphal arch. However a few hundred years later when I traded away Philosophy the "you have failed your goal" message flashed up, and after checking I saw the UHV had remained unchecked.

I'm aware of the special character issues for GP names, will get to that right after the current religions feature. The crash has been noted too, I infer from the GP name problem that you are on the most recent Git revision?

Looking at the code everything seems fine, do you have saves to reproduce?
